Prior to partnering with Michelle Gassensmith & Compass Real Estate, Lindsey navigated a number of positions around several of the top Brokerages in the Chicagoland area.

In 2002, she set out on a path that led to her real estate career and began earning her experience from the ground up. Starting as an Administrative Assistant, quickly moving into Marketing and Transaction Management, landing in a corporate Closing Department and eventually branch Office Management. She brought it all together in 2012 to help build consistently award- winning teams in the Chicagoland area, where they achieved Triple Gold, Quadruple Gold and Platinum Awards, becoming #1 in their primary market area and cracking the Top 10 in the county.

Considering herself a lifelong student, she is able to use her extensive support background, sales education & creative talents to best help strategize marketing techniques and embrace the cutting edge technology constantly evolving in today’s world in order to maximize results and simplify the process for her clients. She is also trained in Staging to offer her clients consulting advice in order to prepare your home for its best presentation including furniture placement, color recommendations, organization guidance & home improvement investment tips. You only get one chance to make a first impression and she aims for perfection.

Lindsey formerly served on the executive board of Keller Williams Young Professionals – Chicago Chapter as the Head of Education committed to bringing value and mentorship to other Real Estate Professionals. She has also held committee positions partnering with various charity organizations within the community.

Lindsey is a lifelong McHenry County resident, growing up in Cary, where she settled back in to raise her 3 sons. She prides herself with being very passionately involved with their academic interests & athletic programs. Lindsey is active in the 26 & 155 school districts by volunteering her time and also serving on the PTO Board.
