I can’t say enough about working with Michelle! She and her crew are professional yet caring. She is all about the details. What I appreciated the most was her accessibility by phone, text or email. Michelle did a wonderful job keeping us informed and prepared every step of the way from the moment she listed our home until the closing of our home. She was always available to answer any questions or explain any situation. Michelle, we felt, was always there for us whether it was to explain what we needed to do, or what was happening and what would be happening next, she was always calm, informative, helpful and just made everything easier to understand which made us feel far more at ease during the entire process. Michelle is absolutely amazing! We were first time homebuyers and she made the process so seamless. She took the time to explain everything to us in a way we would understand. Communication with her is top notch and she was always immediately available whenever we had questions which helped to ease our first time buyer anxiety. Michelle was a wonderful realtor to work with as a first time buyer. She provided us with wisdom and insight that we lacked as newcomers to the process. As first time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed and had so many questions throughout the process. Finding the right home for us was truly a roller coaster as we were in a tough market.
