I am a Real Estate Advisor here in Chicagoland looking to share my passion for helping others in search of their place in the world! Buying, selling, renting, or investing in real estate is a tremendous undertaking and my goal is to be a trusted advisor to make the process as seamless as possible.

Through getting into real estate I am focusing on one Goal. To transform clients into family by building real relationships through my passion for real estate to each of my transactions. I purchased a home with Logan in Arlington Heights, and my experience was fantastic! I would happily work with him again next time I move. As a first time homebuyer, I relied heavily on my agent to fill in knowledge gaps, and Logan was an amazing resource. The process was super easy, as Logan curated a real-time list of relevant homes for sale, and he was proactive in getting us in to see them right away to keep up with the crazy market. Logan quickly honed in on our tastes and what we were looking for, and he used that insight to efficiently recommend houses without overloading us with options. He also came equipped with great recommendations for a mortgage broker, attorney, and anything else we needed.Logan was always early to our appointments and showings, and he was super flexible with scheduling. On the rare occasion that he was truly unavailable, Logan always found another great agent to cover for him and make sure we didn't miss out on any potential homes. He was also super quick to respond to texts and communicate with selling agents. Logan's timeliness and reliability were especially important in the fast market where homes were selling over-asking before even being publicly listed. Moreover, having a supremely reliable agent like Logan gave me peace of mind, which is invaluable during a notoriously stressful process like buying a home.In the end, we found the PERFECT house! We really enjoyed working with Logan on the sale of our house. He is extremely personable and wants to make sure he met all of what we were looking for. He’s also very prompt at getting back to you if you contact him about anything throughout the process. Logan was able to help us get way more offers than we thought was possible. We were lucky to find Logan through some friends. I was a little concerned about his age. He looked so young! But, after our initial meeting, all concerns about his youth were gone. Logan was professional, kind, funny, communicative, honest - all-around, he was wonderful! We had a lot going on with selling a couple houses and buying a house. It was stressful. Logan definitely did the heavy lifting. In less than 24 hours, Logan had 3 offers on our house - all over listing price. Logan was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We aren’t looking to move again but if we were, Logan would absolutely be our go-to guy!!
