I can’t say enough about working with Michelle! She and her crew are professional yet caring. She is all about the details. What I appreciated the most was her accessibility by phone, text or email. Michelle did a wonderful job keeping us informed and prepared every step of the way from the moment she listed our home until the closing of our home. She was always available to answer any questions or explain any situation. Michelle, we felt, was always there for us whether it was to explain what we needed to do, or what was happening and what would be happening next, she was always calm, informative, helpful and just made everything easier to understand which made us feel far more at ease during the entire process. Michelle is absolutely amazing! We were first time homebuyers and she made the process so seamless. She took the time to explain everything to us in a way we would understand. Communication with her is top notch and she was always immediately available whenever we had questions which helped to ease our first time buyer anxiety. Michelle was a wonderful realtor to work with as a first time buyer. She provided us with wisdom and insight that we lacked as newcomers to the process. She was available for our many texts and calls to provide us with reassurance and make sure we understood each step we took. Additionally, she had great recommendations for inspectors and attorneys, who each were trustworthy and did a job well done. As first time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed and had so many questions throughout the process. Finding the right home for us was truly a roller coaster as we were in a tough market. However, Erin was so reassuring every step of the way and truly became our trusted advisor. She was so patient in showing us so many homes and never making us feel rushed to make a decision. Thanks to her reminding US to stay patient and not force the process, we ended up in the perfect home for us and I’m so thankful!
